Playa de Campo de Golf - quiet sandy beach in front of a golf course
Playa de Campo de Golf beach lies on the Costa del Sol on the approach path of Málaga airport. If you stop reading here, it may be that you are overestimating the aircraft noise, because the beach derives its name from the adjacent golf course, which certainly wouldn't be as popular as it is if it were impossible to relax here, let alone concentrate. The roughly one kilometre long area of fine sand is completely unspoiled. Apart from the golf course in the background it's just sea and sand. Only at the edges, where the neighbouring beaches begin, are there chiringuitos hiring out loungers. Water sports play no great role here either.
Playa de Campo de Golf has a designated nudist area and is one of the best known beaches in the region for nude bathing and sunbathing. It won't bother anyone here if you want to wear clothes on the beach or not, and you'll be most welcome even if you don't want to remove all your garments. Whether you are a golfer looking to cool off after a successful round, a beach walker arriving here from the livelier beaches of Torremolinos in the south-west, or have come here specifically to bathe in your birthday suit, you can spend time relaxing in the laid back, peaceful atmosphere on Playa de Campo de Golf.
