Central, quiet sandy beach with pebbles and small coral pieces in the sand which gleam in the sun. Tres Vistas is a great alternative to the busier town beaches of Corralejo. There are no amenities, but there is a nice restaurant from where you can enjoy the fabulous view to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote. At the restaurant you can also hire windsurfing and stand-up-paddle equipment and kayaks.
Tres Vistas - Centrally situated beach with a fabulous view of the neighbouring island of Lanzarote
This beach is in Corralejo in northern Fuerteventura and is easy to get to. For example, from Waikiki beach you can walk here comfortably in about five minutes. Tres Vistas is a good alternative to the other, busier beaches in Corrajelo, especially if you are looking for somewhere quieter. The beach consists mainly of beige-coloured sand mixed with small pebbles, but it is the small pieces of coral which give the beach a gleaming white colour. These can be seen from a distance and give this beach a special character. There are some white houses behind the beach and at the northern end the housing density increases towards the town centre.
When visibility is good the neighbouring island of Lanzarote can clearly be seen on the horizon. Access to the clear, turquoise-coloured sea is easy and only after about 20 metres is it no longer possible to stand up in the water. This adds to the good conditions for relaxed swimming. In the local Sunset Lounge restaurant you can hire stand-up-paddle equipment and windsurfing boards, as well as enjoying the view while sipping a cool refreshing drink.
