Playa de los Ojos - Small, picturesque, sandy bay at the southern tip of Fuerteventura
Playa de los Ojos is situated on the south-west tip of Fuerteventura about one hour’s drive from Morro Jable. The small, but nice, sandy beach is surrounded by cliffs and a barren landscape which has a certain special charm of its own. You can reach the beach via a small path along the cliffs and further down there are also steps.
The sandy beach is surrounded by beige-orange coloured rocks. The water here is crystal clear and you can even see the seabed from the top of the cliffs. The small bay is slightly larger at low tide and you can then walk over to the neighbouring bays from here. Even at high tide there is a small area left to lie on and swimming is generally not a problem unless the waves are very high.
