Playa del Bobo - A safe swimming bay, quieter than the neighbouring beaches
Playa del Bobo is one of many beaches that are found along the approximately seven-kilometre long promenade of Costa Adeje and Las Américas. It is a bit quieter here in comparison to the neighbouring beaches. The beach can be busy to full, but is generally not as crowded as other beaches situated in the region. One reason for this is that there are no water-sport facilities on the beach. Swimming is therefore safer at Playa del Bobo, due to not having to watch out for jet-skis, banana boats or pedalos whilst in the water. It is highly recommended for families with small children and swimming enthusiasts.
Playa del Bobo is situated in a cosy bay, well protected from the big waves. You can comfortably lie in the fine, brown-grey sand or relax on a sun-lounger. For even more relaxation you can treat yourself to a massage in one of the massage tents which can be regularly found here. On the promenade there are numerous bars and restaurants with a varied range of offers and superb views of the beach and the sea.
