La Oliva (Tres Islas) - Diverse swimming and nature beach among the dunes of Corralejo
La Oliva beach which is situated in the north of Fuerteventura approximately 5 kilometres south of Corralejo, is a genuine alternative to the beaches there. The beach stretches almost 4 kilometres to the south and can easily be reached by car or bus via the motorway.
The only large buildings visible from the beach are the two hotels at the northern end of La Oliva. Along a stretch of 500 metres next to the hotels, sun worshippers can find the typical infrastructure of a tourist beach, namely snack bars, showers, toilets, ample sun-loungers and sun-umbrellas which ensure a relaxed, comfortable day at the beach.
The further south from the hotels you go, the remoter the beach becomes and the more nature takes over. After just under a kilometre the number of nude bathers also increases considerably. Remote spots can also be found at the most southerly end of the beach. La Oliva is a truly lovely beach among the dunes which is suitable both for nature enthusiasts and for those visitors who prefer a beach with the comfort and convenience of the available amenities.
